Privacy

This website is intentionally minimal in what it does with data, in line with the GDPR principles of data minimisation and purpose limitation.

No tracking. There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, social embeds or third-party trackers, and no cookies are set for tracking or profiling. That is why you are not asked for cookie consent.

No forms. The site collects nothing from you. Contact happens through your own email client or LinkedIn, so nothing you write is stored here.

Email you send me. If you email me, I process your message and contact details only to respond and, where relevant, to discuss an engagement. The lawful basis is legitimate interest, or steps taken prior to entering a contract. I do not share it with third parties for marketing and I delete correspondence that is no longer needed.

Hosting logs. The hosting provider may process standard technical request data, such as IP address and user agent, to serve pages and protect against abuse.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you, and you may object to its processing. Write to HoracioMPB@humanfactorshub.com.
